Certainly one of the most talked-about park horses of our time, this 2003 bright chestnut stallion made his first foray into the history books with his breeder/trainer, Judy Whitney-Harris, when they went from World Champion Futurity Two Year Old Park Harness to World Champion Open Park Harness. The following year, they did exactly the same game strategy and "Tigger" and Miss Judy took home the World Champion Futurity Three Year Old Park Harness and again World Champion Open Park Harness titles.

This astounding young horse then lost his mentor as Mrs. Whitney-Harris was forced to retire due to health reasons in 2007. At that time, Tara's resident trainer Ken Swanson stepped into the huge shoes left by this petite lady. Tigger and Ken did not disappoint and once again the age group title and then World Champion Open Park Harness titles came home to Tara.

In 2008, Tigger performed in his first open qualifier at the Grand National and successfully defeated a tremendous class of great harness horses to become the first horse in history to win four consecutive World Champion Open Park Harness titles.
